After years of dealing with Verizon & Telepacific - 3Packet is a breath of fresh air! There is something to be said of honesty and a fairness that Mitesh has shown in all of our interactions with him. We have switched over to a full VoiP service and so far are loving it. He was more than competitive with pricing for the service and he and his business connections provided a extremely reasonable rate on the phones & installation. It's very obvious Mitesh has a significant amount of experience as he was able to get us set up and ported over very quickly. He was even able to secure all of our phone numbers without any issue (something that others were telling me there would be problems with).

Beyond the honesty, fairness & competitive pricing there is an extremely redeeming quality his company has set up - CUSTOMER SERVICE. On the rare occasions there is an issue, Mitesh is on it right away. We had a couple small issues of the inbound call failing due to something at a higher level and Mitesh found the correct work around to get us "back in business" in the quickest way as if our phones don't ring, we are losing money and reputation!

There also was one occasion were we had a total failure. At the time I thought something was going on with the phone system or the equipment that was installed. Within a few minutes he was trouble shooting with us on the phone as well as remotely. We went through some various steps and nothing worked. Right before we figure out it was something with Time Warner Cable/Spectrum, he was preparing to get in his car and drive to my location to continue to trouble shoot and fix the issue. I thought that was a very professional gesture and am very happy that he would go to those lengths to help us out.

We were treated so poorly by our last provider (Telepacific) and we let them know about it on their Yelp page. Even today, we get emails from people researching TP and I have ZERO hesitation recommending 3Packet!
